The Itinerary Day 1: Welcome to the Farm • 3:00 PM Check-in: Settle into your rustic-chic accommodations and breathe in the mountain air. • The Welcome Table: Kick off your stay with an intimate Wine & Cheese Charcuterie hour featuring artisanal meats and cheeses produced right here on the ranch. • Orientation Tour: Take a short, guided walk to get your bearings and meet the animals that make our ecosystem thrive. Day 2: The Art of the Homestead • Morning Rituals: Start the day with our Milking and Cheesemaking workshop. Participate in our morning milking and transform fresh, raw milk into delicious cheese. • The Baker’s Craft: Master the science of the "starter" in our Sourdough Bread Making class. • Garden to Table: Explore our regenerative gardens and learn the secrets of high-altitude growing. • Grand Finale: Your experience culminates in an Exquisite Dinner at The Greycliff Mill, where our ranch-to-table philosophy is elevated into a world-class culinary celebration. Day 3: Final Skills & Departure • Enjoy a final breakfast before your 11:00 AM check-out, carrying home the confidence of a true homesteader.
